Dedicated to helping families with children who have Cerebral Palsy or any other Neurological and/or Learning Disability find the support, resources and services they need. Venting and RantsIf you have a bitch or gripe of some nature having to do with you or your child's disability and just want to let others know about it this is the place to let go. We are not responsible for the content of your rant and will assume no liability. You are the sole person to whom any statement will be attributed so I would advise you not to use last names and speak in generalities lest you incur a lawsuit for defamation. However your rant will not be censored for language nor content so long as that content does not violate the net-etiquette rules as imposed on the forums. Cursing is allowed though we would appreciate if it could be kept to a minimum. In other words the opinions expressed by you are yours and we accept no responsibility for any consequence that may arise from any comments made by you. We would appreciate if you kept your rants on topic. IE: Some type of problem with a disability or those involved but if you want to gripe about some other subject we will look at it and post if we feel it is appropriate. |

Guidelines
for Submitting an Article The CP Links Page is where you will find most Federal, State and local County pages. My attempt to clarify CP you may find the information provided by 'NINDS' (below) is more specific and detailed There are many different treatments and I only name those I am familiar withHow it is essential to maintain range of motion How it is essential to maintain quality of life What I know through my experience By far not even close to what you should know and Orthotics Again what I know through experience Much more can be had searching the net or talking with doctors and therapists CP LINKS Cerebral Palsy Glossary Perhaps a bit more concise and informed than my attempt to tell of what CP is.

Are you fed up with the system? Your inability to get anything done? Do you just want to scream? Well here is a place where you can do just that. Your rants will be posted here. There is much we can learn from the disappointments of others and how to avoid the same pitfalls. So your rant may in some way help others achieve success. Sometimes it just helps to let it out. I know I have at times and though the problem does not go away I feel better in having vented as I have done in several pages on this site including here. I will create a webpage to post your rants. Please keep them to less than 5000 words which is about 8 pages in MS Word in Times New Roman Font size 12. You can write a sentence, a paragraph or a short story, it is all about you. A link will be placed on this page to the page you created. Please see the share your story page for further instructions Any post would be considered
an 'Article" and should meet the I'm not asking that you give out any personal information but it would be helpful to you to let whatever is on your mind out and it would be helpful to the readers of this site to have the benefit of your experience.
Your personal information would be held in the strictest of confidence.
Only the signature you want will be posted. We allow up to 2
links in any signature file so long as they meet the I have been quite open about our difficulties
throughout this site. In doing so I would hope that others can
avoid those obstacles we have had to overcome and take our lead
on those we have won. Your stories could be of benefit to
someone who is about to face what you once did. Please share
with us what you will so that others can benefit from your
story.
If you would rather not speak of your own
Rants and Raves perhaps in your dealing with CP you have gained
some insight you might want to share in the form of an article.
See the above link to guidelines for submitting articles for
more information on how you can share your knowledge this way.
